East Hampton Sandwich Co. Expands to Plano

Sandwich lovers in the northern 'burbs have something to look forward to: East Hampton Sandwich Co., the smash-hit sandwich shop that opened in Snider Plaza last September, is expanding with a second location at the Shops at Legacy. According to the press release, EHSC "will occupy the former Au Bon Pain space located on the Northside of Legacy Drive," and will make its debut sometime in late summer.

East Hampton is perhaps best known for its so-trendy-these-days lobster roll; the Park Cities sandwich shop was quickly embraced by critics and diners alike for its high-quality, house-roasted meats and sauces made from scratch.
