If you've been jealously drooling over photos of cronuts since this whole craze began a few weeks ago, you're (sorta) in luck: The Swiss Pastry Shop in Fort Worth is serving up a cronut-inspired pastry they're calling a doissant. They describe it as "a Nutella stuffed, donut shaped baked croissant. As we are a bakery, not a friery it is baked and not deep fried in transfat." [@swisspastryman]
