Another new food truck park will hit Dallas this summer: U.S. Food Trucks, the company that has built a number of the city's mobile eateries, is planning to open Fly-By Food Park later this month at 2500 West Mockingbird Lane.
Named for its proximity to Love Field airport, it'll be open for dinner Friday and Saturday nights from 5 to 9 p.m. and besides a rotating array of trucks, it will also sell beer and wine. The newly renovated building, which used to be a gas station, will offer indoor (air-conditioned!) seating, in addition to outdoor picnic tables.
Folks can expect trucks including OinknMoo BBQ, The Crazy Pig, Enticed, Tutta's Pizza, The Butcher's Son, and more; a "preview opening" will take place this weekend (June 14-15) and next weekend (June 21-22), with the grand opening on June 28 and June 29.
