Here's a closer look at Waldron Lodge, the new restaurant that's now open in a tiny old house in the Bishop Arts District offering everything from a rotating flavor of wild game jerky and bison burgers to elk sausage and pulled boar chilaquiles. (Scope out the full menu here.)

The space may be tiny but the owners have big plans: They intend to begin work soon on a back patio with shuffleboard and a stage for live music.
