Chef Graham Dodds is rolling out a new summer menu this Friday night at Central 214, because hey it's 100 degrees outside. New seasonal dishes include rabbit with ratatouille, Crenshaw melon and chorizo salad, and soft-shell crab with watermelon and feta.
