Inforzato's is calling it quits. The Italian restaurant on the edge of the Bishop Arts district, which began its life as Hawaiian-themed Hula Hotties (the owners have a line of hot sauces by the same name), is bidding adieu to its customers by holding an "open house" this Friday starting at 5:30 with a free buffet and live music.
