WEST VILLAGE—Max's Wine Dive is going whole hog (err, whole lobster?) with an over-the-top new dish: deep-fried jalapeno buttermilk-battered lobster tail served with lobster-mushroom mashed potatoes and lobster jus. Catch their truck at the Omni Hotel downtown this Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (they also have smoothies, iced coffee and iced tea if you're not into little chewy balls in your beverages).
