While the brief 7-minute segment isn't anything groundbreaking for folks who are already familiar with the long lines and great 'cue at the barbecue joint stuffed inside the Dallas Farmers Market, it's worth a listen if only for quotes like "brisket is the pinot noir of Texas barbecue."
