CFlobster150.jpgOne local blogger was none too amused by Leslie Brenner's recent dismissal of chicken-fried lobster, and he takes aim at the Morning News critic in this rather lengthy diatribe. Scott, who's most recent work includes an exhaustive 35-part blog series on gianduia, suggests that Brenner's demand that said dish "go away" is narrow-minded, noting that "frying lobster is not only widespread, but has been part of American cookery for nearly a century and a half."
