Baker Bros. Deli in the Quadrangle is closing tomorrow, and will soon be replaced by BellyFire Southeast Asian Kitchen. While the name choice is questionable (don't forget the Tums?), chef Paul Singapong, who's creating the menu, is well-pedigreed: he used to be the executive sous at the Rosewood Crescent Hotel and according to Mike Hiller, also has ties to Malai and Cru.
