Suburbanite smoked meat lovers, rejoice: The barbecue mavens behind Oak Cliff's Lockhart Smokehouse are opening a second location in downtown Plano. According to Teresa Gubbins, "The restaurant is going into the Sutton Place furniture store, which is cutting its space in half to sublease to Lockhart."
