Tristan Simon's Consilient restaurant group (Hibiscus, Fireside Pies, et al.) has assumed control of The Front Room at Hotel Lumen. Simon tells Morning News critic Leslie Brenner they plan to transform the hotel restaurant "into a modern neighborhood bistro built around the honest, local ingredient based cooking of [new chef] Tim Bevins."
