Chef Kent Rathbun has his eye on expansion. He hopes to open an outpost of Jasper's (which currently has a location at the Shops at Legacy, as well as in Austin and The Woodlands) "in Dallas proper, south of 635" possibly "as soon as next year." [DMN]
