Village Marquee chef Andre Natera is now frying up cronuts, although he refuses to call them that (perhaps a wise choice, since creator Dominique Ansel has the term trademarked). Natera tells Leslie Brenner his pastries are "croissant dough fried and dusted with cinnamon sugar and served with hot chocolate sauce."
