Jason Kosmas may have departed D-town for Austin, but his sphere of influence is still very present: Dallas Chop House has just introduced a new drink menu designed by the absentee bartender. Kosmas' creations include an Old Fashioned variation made with reposado tequila, absinthe and grapefruit bitters, the Chop House Sour with peach- and black tea-infused bourbon, and several more drinks plus curated whiskey flights.
