The State Fair of Texas will be here before you know it, but for folks less than enthusiastic about all the fried animals being served up on sticks, there's always the 4th Annual Texas Veggie Fair. Held this year on October 20 at Reverchon Park, the Veggie Fair is doing it up big with a beer garden sponsored by Trinity Hall that will be stocked with plenty of craft brews, music by Dallas darling (and well-known vegan) Erykah Badu, and of course all the deep-fried vegan fare you can shake a stick (skewer?) at.
