Here's a look inside Dee Lincoln Steak & Burger Bar, debuting tomorrow night in the former JoJo spot near the Quadrangle. Executive chef Juliard Ishikuza is serving up a menu centered around the basic Texas food group — red meat — with plenty of burgers and steaks, but there's also veggie-friendly fare like the oh-so-trendy kale salad and miso-glazed eggplant, plus local brews, craft cocktails, and wine — lots and lots of wine. Dee Lincoln Steak & Burger Bar opens for dinner Thursday at 5 p.m.; it will offer dinner Monday through Saturday, with weekday lunch service beginning September 16.
