Vitek's BBQ in Waco has plans for world domination. Seriously: According to a press release, the popular road trip stop (and home of the "Gut Pak") has grand plans to "put a franchise in every corner of the earth — even Poland." They're starting small, though — the first few additional locations will be within Texas, and should be up and running by the end of 2014. [The Herald via TMBBQ]
