"Permanent pop-up" Kitchen LTO finally debuted last night at Trinity Groves, and though the initial buzz around the restaurant seems quite favorable, with folks on Twitter and Facebook offering plenty of praise for the menu and general experience, the restaurant's days are already numbered — at least in its current form. The restaurant as it stands right now with its rustic wooden booths, vibrant pops of color and an eclectic French-influenced menu from chef Norman Grimm, will only be around for four months, at which point it will be completely reimagined as a brand new concept.
That means you've got until December 31 to get over to Trinity Groves and sample baby lamb with chanterelles, sweetbreads with sauce gribiche, or Grimm's hazelnut-banana terrine he's deemed "The Elvis" — the clock is ticking.
