A Dietician's Worst Nightmare

Here's a story from All Things Considered on the deep-fried wonders that await State Fair of Texas patrons this year. NPR talked to a party-pooping Baylor dietician who says she "can't think of any worse, or less healthy food choices than the finalists for the Big Texas fried food awards," and that an average 200-pound adult would "need to walk for two to five hours to burn off the calories" from one serving of fried Nutella.
