Fearing's at the Ritz-Carlton has just introduced a shiny new lunch menu.
While long-time staples like Dr Pepper-braised short ribs (and of course the hallowed tortilla soup from Dean's Mansion on Turtle Creek days) remain, there are several new items, most notably a "Reuben" sandwich made with house-cured turkey pastrami and a chicken-fried pork chop.
Fearing's serves lunch Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
