Luna's Tortilla Factory on Harry Hines burnt down last summer after nearly 90 years in biz, but a new location will open "within the month." It's slated for 2555 Connector Drive, near I-35 and Northwest Highway, and will be "bigger and better," with a restaurant, bar and patio in addition to the factory. [SideDish]
