UPDATE: CrushCraft has delayed its opening by a couple weeks; details here.

Haven't found much of a reason to mosey over to the Quadrangle in Uptown lately? Soon-to-launch CrushCraft Thai hopes to change that when it opens its doors next Monday to dish out fast-casual, made-from-scratch Thai street food from chef Paul Singhapong and partner Jack Nuchkasem, a long-time hospitality exec.

According to the press release, Crushcraft promises to stay "true to traditional Thai recipes and techniques" with a multi-faceted menu that offers Thai street food alongside takeout staples like pad thai as well as more chef-driven fare, plus a bar serving sake, soju, and Southeast Asian beers (plus locally brewed drafts).

Perhaps the most notable thing about CrushCraft, though, is its late-night hours: It'll stay open until the wee hour of 3 a.m. Thursday through Saturday. Scope out the menu, right this way:
