The company behind the Gandolfo's and Butcher's Son food trucks have a new mobile kitchen in the works: This one's called Texas Burrito Co. and will offer a Chipotle-esque menu of burritos, bowls, tacos and nachos with proteins like grilled steak, green chile pulled chicken or pork barbacoa.
