Just shy of its first birthday, Frisco barbecue joint Three Stacks Smoke & Tap House is doing a bit of reconfiguring. Seems their ordering system (customers go through a cafeteria-style line to order food, then a server delivers drinks and desserts) was met with some confusion, so they're scrapping that in favor of a more traditional full-service setup.
