Now that new businesses are steadily popping up all around it, Simply Fondue on Lower Greenville has decided to do a little sprucing up. Over the next two years the restaurant plans to get a liquor license and expand its bar area to attract the drinking crowd, fix up the entrance including repainting and getting a new sign, and redo the booths in the dining room. Maybe Dallas hipsters will institute a fondue revival? [Advocate]
