The words "meatloaf sandwich" aren't typically cause for any great excitement, but the sky-high version from Ellen's Southern Kitchen is a beaut. Besides a giant slab of meatloaf and mashed potatoes, it also includes "a piece of hollowed-out green bell pepper that has an egg cooked over-easy inside of it" and fried onion rings.
