Seeing as how it's still 90 degrees, a fall-flavored popsicle seems appropriate.

It doesn't exactly feel like fall in Dallas just yet, but you wouldn't know it by the number of pumpkin spice lattes being sold. In case clutching a steaming hot mug of artificial gourd-infused coffee doesn't appeal when it's still 90 degrees outside, perpetually packed Lower Greenville frozen treat shop Steel City Pops is presenting some welcome alternatives: New seasonal flavors of their $3 housemade popsicles include "creamy" versions in not only pumpkin, but also carrot cake, butter pecan, sweet potato pecan, and maple bacon bourbon; if you prefer the more icy "fruity" varieties, autumnal options include cranberry orange, cinnamon apple, and poached pear.
