TRINITY GROVES—Brewery Ommegang's HopChef competition will hit Dallas for the first time on November 3 at 6:30 p.m. at event space 3015 at Trinity Groves. Half a dozen local chefs including Meddlesome Moth's David McMillan and Blind Butcher's Oliver Sitrin will create dishes to pair with Ommegang beers; party attendees will vote for their favorite dish (and the winner will snag a pretty sweet prize package including a feature in Saveur). $60 tickets include food, beer and a commemorative glass.
