Current Bolsa chef Andrew Bell is hitting the road: His last day at the Oak Cliff farm-to-table pioneer will be October 29, says SideDish. Bell is joining Alberto Lombardi's burgeoning restaurant empire, and will take the reins at swanky Highland Park Village restaurant Bistro 31 — a post that was recently vacated by Eric Brandt, the Mansion on Turtle Creek alum who's now at VH Oak Cliff.
Bell took control of the Bolsa kitchen in November 2013, taking over for Jeff Harris (who of course is now at Fort Worth's AF+B).
