North Carolina Barbecue in Dallas; Casa Rubia's New Happy Hour

Eat some whole hog barbecue this weekend; sweet new happy hour at Trinity Groves; Grace chef on Food Network.

TRINITY GROVES—Here's your chance to sample some of North Carolina's finest whole hog barbecue without even leaving the state: This Sunday, TMBBQ is teaming up with Four Corners Brewing Co. to host an evening with Samuel Jones of Skylight Inn in Ayden, North Carolina. $65 tickets include barbecue, sides by The Slow Bone, desserts by Swiss Pastry Shop, beer, cocktails from Buffalo Trace, and live music.
