Upscale Chain Paul Martin's American Grill Slated for Turtle Creek Area

There's a new restaurant in the works for the currently rather unexciting corner of Oak Lawn Avenue and Blackburn Street in the Turtle Creek-slash-Oak Lawn area. It will be the ninth location (first in Texas) for California-born chain Paul Martin's American Grill. (You may know co-founder Paul Fleming from some of his other ventures like strip mall staple Pei Wei and the pseudo-Chinese P.F. Chang's.)

The press release hits on all the expected buzzwords like "contemporary American," "hand-crafted cocktails," "seasonal menu," and "made from scratch," and also makes mention of free-range poultry and sustainable seafood. The restaurant is scheduled to open in mid-2015.
