With two existing locations in Irving and Carrollton, LA Burger now brings its unique brand of Los Angeles-inspired Korean fusion to Richardson. Think teriyaki-sauced burgers topped with kimchi, a bulgogi cheesesteak, and the all-important kimchi fries. Bonus: This location also has a full bar offering beer and cocktails.

This unique fast-casual concept that stuffs chopped salad into fresh-baked, hollowed-out baguettes has expanded with a second location on Hebron Parkway near the Dallas North Tollway bordering Plano. Open for both lunch and dinner daily, patrons can choose from several different options like the Kale-ifornia (kale, pepitas, currants, a lemon-olive oil vinaigrette, and choice of protein) or build their own from a long list of ingredients.

Salad specialists Endive recently launched a small fast-casual spot in the Village on the Green mixed-use development across from the Dallas Galleria. Touting "artisanal" creations, the menu includes salads and sandwiches with house-smoked meats and housemade dressings. Pick from selections like the Greek (cucumbers, olives, craisins, feta, cucumber-basil yogurt dressing) or build your own.
