PLANO—Shops at Legacy hot spot Mexican Sugar has several new brunch dishes, including churro pancakes (!!). Said pancakes are made with a cinnamon- and vanilla-laced batter and topped with chipotle-citrus butter, an ancho- and guajillo-infused honey maple syrup, and a mango-golden raisin chutney before being sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar and bruleed.
