PLANO—Shops at Legacy hot spot Mexican Sugar has several new brunch dishes, including churro pancakes (!!). Said pancakes are made with a cinnamon- and vanilla-laced batter and topped with chipotle-citrus butter, an ancho- and guajillo-infused honey maple syrup, and a mango-golden raisin chutney before being sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar and bruleed. (Whoa there.) Other new items include chorizo and egg enchiladas and egg white migas. [EaterWire]

The menu will include "many varieties of shellfish and seafood with the finest catches of the season including Arctic char and swordfish"; cost is $100 per person with optional wine pairings. The a la carte menu will also be available. Call (214) 368-8220 to reserve. [EaterWire]
