Continuing the gentrification trend in the Deep Ellum neighborhood is a local developer who intends to renovate the long-dormant Allied Printing warehouse at 501 N Good Latimer.
According to CultureMap, Robert Miller and partners have purchased the block-long property facing the DART rail station and may build a "restaurant-bar-market" in the space.
No tenants have been announced but the group has reportedly already been contacted by a "notorious restaurateur" and has had several conversations with local chefs.
Miller told CultureMap that they may build out the space to encompass a "small grocery store, about 5,000 square feet, and a 7,000-square-foot restaurant with a deck on the roof that has views of downtown".
