Wisconsin-based Erbert & Gerbert's Sandwich Shop plans to open 8 DFW locations over the next few years. The chain, which specializes in made-to-order sub sandwiches (peep the menu here), "plans to open in Dallas proper first before expanding to the suburbs," but no official word on locations yet.
