Downtown's Taco Borracho — which, FYI, means "drunk taco" — is opening a second location in Addison Circle. Owner Chuck Love says he also has eventual plans for a third outpost on McKinney Avenue; influenced by a recent trip to San Diego, he's taking the menu in an "LA style taco shop" direction with "enchiladas, chimichangas, [and] some vegetarian dishes."
