Chef Kelly Hightower has flown the Wild Salsa coop. Recall that Hightower was responsible for Kavala in Oak Cliff and its eventual reincarnation as Nova before he departed in 2011 to join DRG Concepts; the chef says he is "pursuing other options." [SideDish]
