OAK CLIFF—Just in case your carb count for the day is erring on the side of dangerously low, Zoli's is doing a stuffed slice special tonight loaded with "mozzarella, garlic, oregano, hot soppressatta and Luscher's sausage." (And no, there will definitely not be a gluten-free version.) [Eaterwire]

TURTLE CREEK—The Texas Veggie Fair announced via press release today that last year's animal-friendly event at Reverchon Park drew over 7,000 attendees. This year's event will be held on October 19 and they're currently offering a 20 percent discount to any vendors who secure a spot before March 1; hit up the TVF website for details. [Eaterwire]
