Austin-based fast-casual concept Verts is setting its sights on DFW. The chain, which is centered around "Germany's favorite street food, doner kebap" (aka gyro-ish sandwiches made with rotisserie meat), currently has 10 locations and plans to open in Southlake soon, with more Metroplex locations to follow.
