DOWNTOWN—The North Texas Food Bank will hold its 15th annual Empty Bowls event on March 7 at the Meyerson Symphony Center. According to the press release, "Guests will enjoy a European-themed lunch featuring soup and other delicacies from 18 of North Texas' finest restaurants.
