Brisket god Aaron Franklin of Austin's epic-line-attracting Franklin Barbecue is working on a book. The working title is simply BARBECUE, and it will be "a meat-smoking manifesto" that will include barbecue theory and philosophy, recipes, tips on building a backyard smoker and sourcing wood and more.
