New fast-casual, late-night joint CrushCraft Thai Street Eats opened Monday in Uptown's Quadrangle, and boy is she a looker: A sleek, modern facade gives way to a space that's bright and airy (thanks to a totally epic skylight) and splashed with bright colors and appropriately Southeast Asian accents — who knew jars of sambal oelek would make such lovely objets d'art? Credit for the design goes to local architecture firm Jones Baker.
If the food tastes even half as good as the space looks, owner Jack Nuchkasem and chef/co-owner Paul Singhapong might just have a big hit on their hands. For more on CrushCraft, including the menu, head this way.
