2) Henderson: Henderson Tap House just celebrated its grand opening next door to Sushi Axiom. The new bar has a wood-burning pizza oven, a gigantic menu with everything from fish tacos and cheese to filet mignon, 50-plus beers, mixed drinks like the "Upside Down Rodeo Clown" and the oh-so-classy slogan "I'd tap that."
