Serious Pizza in Deep Ellum, Saturday at 1 a.m.

Ahhh, Serious Pizza. Where else can one enjoy a giant slice and a 40-ounce of Miller High Life — served with an appropriately-sized beer koozie — in the wee morning hours? The enormous, reasonably priced slices (around three bucks for plain cheese) draw a steady stream of tipsy, hungry customers, although some admit they come more for the tatted-up girls behind the register. Truly ambitious pizza fans can opt for the absurdly massive extra-large pie, but at 30 inches in diameter, those suffering from alcohol-impaired motor skills might have a bit of trouble getting it out the door.
