Jay Jerrier on Cane Rosso's $1,000 Side of Ranch

Ranch dressing on pizza is a very divisive issue — believers happily drench their slices in it, while others recoil in horror at the idea of ruining good pizza with the ubiquitous condiment. One place it definitely does not belong, though, is on authentic Neapolitan-style pizza like the ones served at VPN-certified Cane Rosso. Eater sat down with owner Jay Jerrier to talk about the now-famous wall display that offers patrons a side of ranch for a mere $1,000.
