Is This What Stephan Pyles' San Salvaje Will Look Like?

Word surfaced back in February that Dallas culinary pillar Stephan Pyles would replace the Indian-Spanish-Mediterranean Samar with a new modern Latin concept San Salvaje, but aside from a brief explanation of the concept, Pyles' crew has remained pretty tight-lipped on the project. The official San Salvaje website isn't offering much for now, though there is a logo and the above image that appears to be a rendering of the new dining room.

According to Pyles' PR, as far as the menu goes expect "tacos, empanadas, ceviches and fresh tortillas inspired by his travels to South America." A recent Craigslist ad indicates that the restaurant is currently hiring for both front and back of house and says San Salvaje "will open the last week of April."
