New Thai Fusion Truck Yim Yam Now Rolling in DFW

There's a new food truck in town: Yim Yam launched in mid-January and has been rounding the truck circuit with appearances at SMU, Sigel's on Greenville Avenue, the Omni downtown, and even Rabbit Hole Brewing way out in Justin.

The truck calls its cuisine Thai fusion, with a menu that includes dishes like tamarind-glazed chicken wing pops, deep-fried "fireballs" that sound like a Thai version of risotto balls, a "Nutty Chick" chicken sandwich with peanut sauce, Thai-spiced sweet potato fries served with spicy mayo and green curry pork tacos.
