TRINITY GROVES—FLUENT and Dude, Sweet Chocolate's Katherine Clapner are teaming up to throw a benefit for long-time Dallas culinary professional Ulysses Galvan, who has leukemia and needs a bone marrow transplant. The event will be held this Sunday at 3015 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. with a very impressive chef lineup that includes Stephan Pyles, Matt McCallister, Vijay Sadhu, Abraham Salum, Dan Landsberg and more.
