FT33's Matt McCallister On How to Not Be An Asshole

The Design District's temple to seasonal modern cuisine FT33 is well into its second year, and chef Matt McCallister and his team are steadily racking up the accolades — most recently, the chef was lauded as one of Food & Wine's Best New Chefs.

Now, Eater National talks to McCallister about his personal journey to opening his smash-hit restaurant, the evolution of the Dallas dining scene and the lessons he's learned over the past year and a half of biz.
